Common Fault Problems Of Four-circuit Protection Valve

1. One circuit is not inflated or leaks
Fault phenomenon: Braking is weak or even fails
Fault cause: There is moisture in the airway, which will cause extensive corrosion in the inner cavity after a long time and block the air valve. Corrosion foreign matter falls off, affecting the diaphragm rupture and causing air leakage. At this time, it is necessary to disassemble the four-circuit valve and check the safety valve and one-way valve. If the valve is stuck, it can be cleaned and reassembled. If the valve is damaged, it needs to be repaired or replaced.
At the same time, check whether the drying tank is damp or leaking, whether the service life has expired, and replace it in time.

2. Air pressure imbalance
Fault phenomenon: slow inflation, fast air consumption, air brake cannot be released, and the clutch pedal is heavy
Fault cause: Since the four-circuit protection valve has adjusted the opening air pressure of each branch before leaving the factory, the imbalance failure is likely to be caused by damage and deformation of the diaphragm, valve seat, and piston assembly, or improper adjustment after maintenance and replacement of related accessories, thereby limiting the pressure.
