Design Layout And Use Precautions Of Air Dryer

1. The exhaust port is installed vertically downward to facilitate drainage.
2. When installing the air dryer, ensure that there is a space of no less than 30mm on the upper part to facilitate the replacement of the drying cylinder.
3. The temperature rise of the air will cause the desiccant adsorption effect to decrease. The gas temperature at the inlet of the dryer should be no higher than 65℃. Therefore, the pipeline from the air compressor to the dryer should be long enough (about 6m) to ensure that the air is fully cooled.
4. The air inlet pipeline is connected from top to bottom.
5. Regularly check whether there is water accumulation in the air storage cylinder to determine whether the dryer is working properly.
6. To ensure the normal operation of the air dryer, the drying cylinder should be replaced regularly. The service life of the cylinder: every three months (related to the working environment).
7. When cleaning the assembly parts, it is strictly forbidden to use mineral oil or gasoline for a long time. Use neutral detergent for cleaning. During assembly, the moving sealing surface is re-lubricated with lithium-based grease.
