Maintenance Of Automobile Air Conditioning Condenser

1) If the condenser is damaged due to collision or vibration, the condenser should be disassembled for welding repair. If it cannot be repaired, replace the condenser with the same specification and add 40-50mL of refrigerant oil to the compressor.
2) If the condenser heat sink fins are distorted, tweezers can be used to correct the aluminum heat sink fins.
3) If the condenser is blocked, the outlet and inlet joints of the condenser should be disassembled and flushed with high-pressure nitrogen to flush out the dirt.
4) If the condenser surface is dusty and ventilation is blocked, a soft brush can be used to lightly brush the surface or a vacuum cleaner can be used to remove dust.
5) If there is a leak at the condenser pipe joint, the pipe joint should be replaced and the leak test and pressure test should be repeated.
6) If the condenser fan fails, there is no need to disassemble the condenser, only the fan needs to be repaired.
